L2 Web Media Group provides Equipment rentals daily rate as well as weekly rate. If you are not an L2 Media member, day rates will apply. If you have any questions, please ask them in the appropriate section at the end of this form.

Once submitted, your membership status will be confirmed and a staff member will confirm availability of equipment and dates. Confirmation will then be sent to you upon reservation completion.
